Yes. Starvo does not replace WhatsApp or SMS. It keeps your business setup, request message and history together, and can surface one follow-up after 3 days. If you already have a routine that works, you may not need another tool. Try Free before deciding.
Does Starvo send messages automatically?
SMS and WhatsApp requests open in your own messaging app. You check the message, press send and return to confirm it was sent. Follow-ups are manual too. Email requests can be sent from Starvo when you are signed in; there are no automatic outreach campaigns.
What is free, and when would I need Pro?
Free includes 5 requests per month, saved business setup, request history and a reusable QR code. Pro costs £19 per month and removes the monthly request cap, with AI-assisted message personalisation included. There is no card required to start free and no automatic upgrade.
Where are customer phone numbers kept?
Full customer phone numbers remain in activity stored on your device so you can open messages and follow up. Starvo’s cloud history keeps only their final four digits. Clearing Starvo’s local data removes the full numbers from that device. Other request details, including customer names, can be saved to your account.
Does this guarantee reviews or a better Google ranking?
No. Starvo helps you ask genuine customers for honest feedback; it cannot promise that they will review, what rating they will leave or where you will rank. Ask consistently after completed work, without filtering customers by how positive you expect their review to be.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open the app, go to More and choose Manage Billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription online. Pro is £19 billed monthly, with no long-term contract.
