Account and profile details may include your name, email address, business name, industry, saved review destinations, plan and subscription status.

Signed-in request history stores the customer name you enter, the final four digits of a mobile number, the channel, status and dates. Full customer phone numbers are not stored in server-side request history.

Customer email addresses are used to deliver a request only when you explicitly choose email. SMS and WhatsApp open on your device for you to review and send.

We may also receive support messages, tester feedback, basic device or browser information, page interactions and security logs.

We use account and request data to provide the service and manage subscriptions because it is necessary to perform our contract with you.

We use essential security logs, limited product measurements and support information for our legitimate interests in protecting, operating and improving Starvo. We balance those interests against your rights.

Microsoft Clarity analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics”. That processing is based on consent, which you can withdraw.

Billing records may be retained where required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Starvo uses essential local or session storage for login state, saved settings, request drafts, attribution and core app behaviour. Essential storage cannot be switched off through the consent banner.

With permission, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand aggregated page use, clicks and usability. Starvo does not deliberately place customer phone numbers or request-message contents into analytics events.

Service providers may process limited data for us, including Base44 for application hosting, authentication and database services; Stripe for paid subscriptions; Microsoft Clarity when consented; and email-delivery infrastructure when email is selected.

Google and Trustpilot operate independently when you use their links or connect their services. Their own privacy terms apply. We do not sell personal information.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another recognised safeguard.

Account and request records are normally kept while the account is active and reviewed for deletion after closure or a valid deletion request. Support and tester-feedback records are normally kept for up to 24 months. Anonymous funnel measurements are normally kept for up to 13 months. Billing records may be kept for up to six years where legally required.

Local browser data remains on your device until you clear it. The in-app “Clear All Data” option removes local data only; contact us to request deletion of server-side account data.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing, withdraw consent and receive portable data.

Email support@starvo.co.uk to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

You must only enter and contact genuine customers where you have an appropriate lawful basis. Do not use Starvo for purchased lists, unsolicited bulk messaging, incentives or review gating.

We use access controls, restricted data fields and service providers designed to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Starvo is intended for business users aged 18 or over and is not directed at children.
