Terms of Use

Last updated 13 September 2026. These terms apply when you use starvo.co.uk or the Starvo web app. Contact support@starvo.co.uk with questions.

The service

Starvo helps businesses prepare genuine review requests, save review destinations, open SMS or WhatsApp, send selected email requests, keep limited request history and prepare one optional follow-up.

For SMS and WhatsApp, Starvo prepares the message and hands it to your device. You check it and press send. Nothing is automatically sent through those channels.

Who may use Starvo

You must be at least 18 and authorised to use Starvo for the relevant business. Account information must be accurate, and you are responsible for protecting your login details and activity under your account.

Responsible review requests

Only contact genuine customers where you have an appropriate lawful basis. Requests must be neutral and must not specify a desired rating, offer an incentive, suppress negative feedback or selectively target only customers expected to be positive.

You must follow applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and consumer laws together with Google, Trustpilot and messaging-platform rules. Starvo must not be used for purchased lists, spam, harassment, unlawful bulk messaging or misleading reviews.

Your responsibility for messages

You remain responsible for every recipient, message, review destination and send decision. AI-generated wording is a suggestion only and must be checked before use. Starvo does not guarantee that a customer will receive, open or complete a request or leave any particular review.

Free and paid plans

The Free plan currently includes up to five request preparations per month. Pro is currently £19 per month and includes unlimited requests and the paid features shown on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel from the app; cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory rights are not affected.

Third-party services

Google, Trustpilot, Stripe, mobile networks, WhatsApp and email providers are separate services. Their availability, rules and data are outside Starvo’s control. Links, review data and delivery may be delayed, changed or unavailable.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Starvo available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes to paid functionality or these terms will be communicated reasonably where practical.

Intellectual property

Starvo’s software, design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain responsibility for business information and content you enter and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, non-payment, abuse or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Starvo and request account deletion at any time.

Liability

Starvo is a workflow tool, not legal, marketing or business advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Starvo is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, third-party platform decisions or outcomes caused by messages you choose to send.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
